Profile field type: Date input (old & new)

Dependent field

It allows users to select a date. This field type can be set to include or exclude the year.

Perfect to use as a "birthday" field or "in team since" field.

Show year

Enable this option if you want the date to consist of yyyy/mm/dd.

Disable this option if you want the date to consist of only mm/dd.

This field type allows users to select a date.

Perfect to use as a "birthday" field or "in team since" field.
