Are you a natural people person who loves to build relationships? Do you have experience maintaining communities? Maybe you’re the right fit as draw.io’s new Partner & Community Engagement Coordinator.
We are part of a well-established German software company that is looking to make a splash in the US. While we already have over 300 employees in Germany, in North America we are growing a new team, all working remotely and spread across the continent.
You will work with our team to help us engage with our customers and prospects, build relationships with our network of Partners, and ultimately grow our business within the Atlassian ecosystem for our app, draw.io.
In the future you will be able to support us with the following tasks:
You will engage with our community of users while utilizing social media and the Atlassian Community to ensure our customers are receiving appropriate responses. You will also use your English skills to participate in wider discussions on behalf of draw.io.
Your personable nature will help build new relationships with Atlassian Community leaders, to generate sponsorship and speaking opportunities for team members.
You will build and maintain relationships with the established network of Solution Partners inside the Atlassian ecosystem. Your efforts will assist those Partners with their own sales activities of our product, as well as generating co-marketing opportunities with draw.io.
You’ll work with other Sales and Marketing team members to execute successful events attended by members of our user community. You must be willing to travel to these events and be there on site.
We envision this as a role that can grow, so you will be given other opportunities with team draw.io to contribute and learn new skills.
