Support zips can't be created and all health checks freeze/hang.
The newest version 1.32.1 of the "Atlassian Troubleshooting and Support Tools" app is not fully compatible with Linchpin anymore.
It would be best to not update the "Atlassian Troubleshooting and Support Tools" app to version 1.32.1.
If you already updated the app, then please disable the following Linchpin modules:
- Linchpin Suite - API -
- LTP -
- Mobile -
To disable the modules, navigate to Confluence administration → Manage apps.
Find the correct app (
Linchpin Suite - API in the example in the GIF), then click on the x of x modules enabled button to display all corresponding modules.
Hover your mouse over the correct module and click on the Disable button.
