Extend user profiles by integrating a separate user directory

Features:

Add a separate user directory to complete your user profiles. Your Confluence user directory will not be affected, only the CUP will pull from it.

Fixes:

Problems with pictures from an user directory are fixed now
The Custom User List now shows the correct column order and values
Configuration of user start pages now works with Confluence standard fields (locale, email, name, fullname and groups).
