Microblog 6.0 can handle events! Share any event, directly in your post! This feature is available since Linchpin events 3.4.0.

You need both the Microblog 6.0.0 and Linchpin Events 3.4.0 to share events via the Microblog.

Share directly from an event

Find the event you wish to share.

Click on the  three dots button. A context menu will open.

Click on the Share to Microblog button.

A Microblog mask will open. Write up your post, select a topic and click Post it to publish your post.

Share events via event URL

If, for some reason, only the event URL is available to you, you can still share the event via the Microblog.

Paste the event URL into the microblog editor. The event will be attached to your post.

You can delete the link if it bothers you - the event will stay attached.

Write up your micropost, select a topic and click Post it to publish your post.
