Many situations exist in everyday work in which a task is not completed by one person, but by a group of employees. In such cases, it is helpful that the checklist for working through the process is equally available to all persons involved.

With Checklists for Confluence Cloud, you can now easily share checklists managed in Confluence with internal colleagues or external collaborators.

To enable public sharing of a checklist, simply open it in Confluence and enable the "Public access link" toggle. You can then share the checklist with colleagues or external collaborators using either a direct link or a QR code.
