Seibert Media has a very long history in its industry and possesses expertise that has been growing for over two and a half decades.

• December 1996: Company founded
  Martin Seibert founded Homepage-Design Seibert as a sole proprietorship.

• April 1997: Joachim Seibert joins the company
  Joachim Seibert takes over as the technical director of Homepage-Design Seibert.

• 1997: Acquisition of first major customers
  Mainly servicing customers in the Rhein-Main area, including Institut Fresenius AG.

• January 1999: Development of new-in-town
  The development of new-in-town as a commissioned work is completed.

• August 1999: Change of legal form A GmbH is founded.

• September 2000: Acquisition and relaunch of new-in-town
  The platform is acquired by the company and further developed in-house.

• May 2002: Development of the knowledge portal metikon
  Seibert Media develops a knowledge management system as a commissioned work for BAD GmbH.

• October 2002: Move
  Spacious office space is rented at the Rheingau Palais in Wiesbaden.

• January 2003: New corporate design
  The renaming to Seibert Media GmbH is completed with the launch of the new website.

• September 2003: Founding of //Gartentechnik.com GmbH
  Seibert Media founds another subsidiary with over 100 customers.

• 2004: Seibert Media continues to grow
  //SEIBERT/MEDIA GmbH employs over 30 employees and serves over 100 German and international customers. The main business fields are corporate communications, software development, intranets, extranets, internet presence and online marketing.

• July 2005: Founding of the subsidiary naturkostaktiv GmbH
  The third subsidiary is created.

• August 2007: Seibert Media takes over all rooms of the neighboring office
  We create space for around 60 employees by now.

• December 2007: Continuing on a successful course
  The most successful business year in the company's history comes to an end.

• 2009: Restructuring
  The global economic crisis necessitates restructuring in the company. Seibert Media emerges from the crisis strong and healthy.

• 2010: Another subsidiary is founded
  The social media tracking tool TwentyFeet goes online.

• 2011: "Agile" has established itself
  Agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban are firmly established in the company.

• September 2011: Move to Wiesbaden city center
  Seibert Media moves to new attractive offices in the LuisenForum in the center of Wiesbaden.

• Spring 2014: Linchpin is born
  Linchpin, the Confluence-based intranet, is born.

• September 2015: Occupancy of the 3rd floor in the LuisenForum
  Seibert Media expands its leased office space on the 3rd floor of the LuisenForum.

• April 2016: 100 active employees
  Seibert Media has, for the first time in its company history, 100 active employees.

• June 2017: Occupancy of the new K2 office in the ESWE-Tower (Kirchgasse 2)
  Seibert Media opens a new location in the neighboring ESWE-Tower next to the LuisenForum.

• 2018: 43 new Linchpin customers
  This corresponds to a growth of 165%.

• June 2018: Inauguration of the new office space in A16
  Seibert Media continues to grow, and thus space for 42 more employees was created in Adolfstraße 16 on 2 floors.

• End of 2018: 150 active employees
  Seibert Media has broken the mark of 150 active employees for the first time.

• March 2019: Linchpin becomes the Linchpin Intranet Suite
  Linchpin now includes a bundle of apps that are automatically installed from the beginning and no longer need to be purchased individually.

• April 2019: Website relaunch
  Go-live of Seibert Media's new German corporate website.
