Features

  • Improved onboarding for users.

  • QR code login is now also available when not using the Linchpin Mobile Gateway. Codes can be generated by Confluence administrators or in every user's own Confluence profile. Make use of this mobile app version to scan QR codes and perform a login.

  • Add and remove favorite contacts in the mobile app.

  • Detail view for displaying images (zoom, sharing).

  • Any active connection to the Linchpin Mobile Gateway will be shut down when uninstalling the Linchpin Mobile Confluence app.

Bugfixes

  • Increased timeout on app start to support older hardware.
  • Fixed an issue when uploading an image with a new Microblog post via the Linchpin Mobile Gateway.
  • Fixed an issue with displaying some special characters in the Microblog.

  • This release of Linchpin Mobile requires Atlassian Confluence Server version 5.10.0 or later.

In order to get the most out of Linchpin Mobile you need to meet the following requirements for the corresponding sections within Linchpin Mobile:

  • News: This release of Linchpin Mobile requires the Confluence app 'Enterprise News Bundle' version 1.6.2 or later.
  • Microblog: This release of Linchpin Mobile requires the Confluence app 'Microblogging for Confluence' version 3.1.1 or later.
  • Contacts: This release of Linchpin Mobile requires the Confluence app 'Custom User Profile' version 2.3 or later.
