Linchpin User Profiles can limit the contacts shown in the contacts list. This can be useful to show only a specific group of people.
Configure a user group
In some cases, you want to further define, which users should be available in the contacts list. This can be useful to limit the amount of contacts offered in the list, or to exclude some users to be shown there, e.g. technical users. To do so, head over to the Settings and locate Contacts in the Sidebar. In the first tab User group configuration, you can select a group. All Users, that are part of this group will be shown in the contacts list. By default the confluence-users group of your instance is used, to show all users available in the contacts list.
