The main objective of our Remote Community is to create a space for the triad of discussion, collaboration, and information around remote work focused on PI Planning, aided by software.

We want to provide a platform for everyone interested in the topic to network beyond events and workshops, and to exchange ideas on challenges you face, best cases, and other experiences. Furthermore, we offer product-specific expertise in combination with our own best practises to cope with the current situation. Then of course, we would like to understand the needs and desires of SAFe® practitioners even better and incorporate these directly into the product development process of Agile Hive.

Visibility is an essential component in achieving these objectives.

Collaboration and exchange require you as the community member to be visible – you can see others, and they can see you. Aside from the few mandatory fields, your profile settings allow you to control which information about your company, your products, and your favored topics you share with the community.

Which data do we store?

For the use of the Remote Community, we will collect the following data:

Mandatory fields:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Company

Optional information:

  • Profile entries

  • Demographic data (age and profession)

We will view, process, and use the data collected for the activation of your account.

The given name, your email address, and your company will be visible on your profile for everyone involved in the Remote Community. Additional data will be visible if you chose to provide it.

Where and for how long will the data be stored?

We store the data in a data center located in Germany as long as it is required for active access to the Remote Community.

If you wish to cancel or deactivate your access, all data will be deleted from all systems.

How can I delete my data?

You have the option to request the deletion of your data by sending an email to Please note that the deletion of your data will lead to the termination of your participation in the Remote Community.
