Kai Rödiger holds a degree in industrial engineering and has been with //SEIBERT/MEDIA since March 2016, first as a Scrum Master and currently as an Agile Coach. He focuses on strategy as well as team and organizational development. He guides employees and teams as they make important changes to their work processes, works with teams to identify the information needed to make better decisions, and supports the teams as they collect, analyze, and visualize this information. He is currently occupied with the challenges of scaling agile at a team and a company level and is driving the issue of business intelligence & financial controlling within the company. Besides his activity as an Agile Coach at //SEIBERT/MEDIA, Kai Rödiger is active in the agile community and participates in and speaks at conferences about New Work.
Kai Rödiger has a wealth of knowledge from his three years as a research assistant at the Technical University of Darmstadt. In this context, he was intensively concerned with measuring the future viability of companies and how companies can successfully meet the constantly changing demands of the working world. Kai Rödiger has also written a number of articles in trade journals and publications on agility in companies.
