The creation of a public section, which is accessible for all users including those who are not part of the customer’s organization (in short, “Anybody”), is necessary for the usage of this app in accordance with the terms of service outlined by the marketplace providers (Apple and Google). 

Technical necessity requires that this public section is hosted using the “Firebase” service as provided by “Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland” (in short, “Google”).

The customer (also, “they,” “their”) will supply //SEIBERT/MEDIA (also, “we,” “our”) with the content for the public section.

By using the app and/or supplying content (text, images, videos, etc.), the customer agrees that the following terms by //SEIBERT/MEDIA shall apply:

1. The customer agrees that their content (text, images, videos, etc.) will be stored by Google. We cannot rule out access by Google or authorities. All information on the terms of service and data processing can be found here: https://firebase.google.com/terms/?authuser=0
2. The public section in the app can be viewed and used by Anybody. Please ensure that any content (text, images, videos, etc.) supplied does not infringe the rights of any third parties or official regulations. Please do not include any personal data in the content supplied without fulfilling the requirements specified by data protection laws.
3. In the case that a third party or those affected may assert any rights or claims against //SEIBERT/MEDIA on the grounds of an infringement of their rights through the content supplied, the customer is obliged to indemnify //SEIBERT/MEDIA of all claims, legal defense costs, and any other costs or expenditures that result from the breach of the provisions specified in point 2.
