There will be a dedicated section in our meeting to try out HipChat and the tablets. But feel free to use them earlier. It will make the use case more realistic as a lot of people answer mails during meetings. HipChat is here to kill a lot of internal mails. So during a meeting may be the time when you will use HipChat in the future. But don't disturb the meeting flow. #cautious
