Community Engagement Coordinator wanted!

Are you a natural people person who loves to build relationships? Do you also love the world of online video and content creation and want to translate those skills into the world of software? Maybe you’re the right fit as Seibert Media’s new Community Engagement Coordinator.

We are a well-established German software company that is looking to make a splash in the US. While we already have over 260 employees in Germany, in North America we are growing a new team, all working remotely and spread across the continent.

You will work with our team to help us engage with our customers over social media and other channels, and produce video content that grows our business within the Atlassian eco-system, specifically for apps like draw.io.

In the future you will be able to support us with the following tasks:

  • You will engage with our community of users while utilizing social media and the Atlassian Community to ensure our customers are receiving appropriate responses, and you will participate in wider discussions on behalf of draw.io.

  • You’ll work in concert with other Seibert Media team members and you will build relationships with Atlassian Community leaders to generate sponsorship and speaking opportunities.

  • You will star in videos aimed at customers and prospects, delivering tutorials, feature announcements, and promotional content. Therefor it is a bonus, if you have some knowledge in video editing (cutting, color grading and audio post-production).

  • You’ll work with other Sales and Marketing team members to execute successful events attended by members of our user community. You must be willing to travel to these events and be there on site.

  • We envision this as a role that can grow, so you will be given other opportunities with team draw.io to contribute and learn new skills.

What's in it for you:

  • A fair salary
  • Fantastic work environment and European company culture (and benefits)
  • Work from home - we would like someone who lives in the US and understands the market. Some travel will be involved.
  • You will be joining a fun international team full of friendly and helpful colleagues
  • Last but not least, you’ll be given numerous possibilities for further education

Do these tasks sound interesting to you? Can you imagine yourself there with your native level English skills?
Then we should definitely get in touch with each other after you have applied here.

And now?

We look forward to meeting you!

We want to get to know you, and by you, we mean whatever it is you bring to the table (especially if it's cake!).

We want the best person for the job, and offer you an inclusive workplace where you can be your authentic self.
