With a dedicated person who is responsible to build an employee ventures ecosystem and coordinate all the different steps, from adding new employee ventures opportunities to building sales and marketing strategies, we see the potential for growth in this area.
As a business owner you own the overall business success of the employee ventures ecosystem - these are your tasks and responsibilities:
First of all, build an employee ventures ecosystem within Seibert Media.
Set out the marketing and sales strategy for the employee ventures.
Support our go-to-market units in defining their specific marketing and sales strategy as well as implementing it.
Make sure that every employee ventures gets appropriate marketing and sales resources.
Set out a personnel strategy and plan the growth of the overall personnel setup, incl. roles and recruiting as well as team building.
You will be involved in the bigger picture of our company’s product roadmap as well, in particular aligning the portfolio and strategy of the employee ventures ecosystem with that of Seibert Media and other joint ventures.
