We are gradually expanding the catalog of additional services that you can use as part of the Consultancy Package Plus. We want to make this package a comprehensive offer that provides our most loyal Atlassian customers a wide range of advantages and benefits. We have the following issues in our backlog and plan to implement them over the next 6-12 months:
The simplest way to fast, direct and lasting support by a consultant of Seibert Media is our Consultancy Package Plus. By signing up for the Consultancy Package Plus, you will receive personal access to a consultant who will reserve a certain number of hours each month. They will be there to assist and advise you on all matters relating to the Atlassian systems you use.
Additionally, your consultant will act as a contact point between you and the right specialist should your question lie outside of their expertise. This will give you direct and uncomplicated assistance in dealing with all things Atlassian.
Do you have a technical question that a system administrator must answer? Is there a service desk problem that requires ITIL know-how? Should WSJF be set up in Jira for the upcoming Sprint Planning? As part of the Consultancy Package Plus we will make sure that you get help quickly.
The monthly price of the Consultancy Package Plus is 750 €.
