As part of my course of study in Media Management, I am able to combine business, technology, and design in order to build a strong foundation in any future role in the field of Media. What I enjoy the most is that I’m able to gain insight into various areas, some of which I may not have otherwise had the opportunity to get to know. You could even say that I may have been scared to try. I always tended to avoid anything to do with technology because I was unsure of my ability to grasp it.
Slowly but surely through my course of study, I learned to appreciate technology and even developed interest for things I didn’t even know I could. Through my acquaintances at University, I learned about Seibert Media and knew I wanted to be a part of the team.
I enjoy organisational duties and use my skills in this area to support Team Linchpin Universe during the conception and planning of their Sprints. In order to bring Linchpin as a product to the forefront, it’s very important to listen to, analyze, and implement any feedback received.
Another one of my functions is to make any information transparent and distribute this information to the right teams. In this way, each of us in the company can see where the potential is for improvement is and then how to move forward as a team.
