Seibert Media will continue to provide app support for server apps until February 2022.
Server customers will benefit from future Linchpin Data Center optimizations and will be eligible for full app support. However, if Atlassian differentiates more strongly between Data Center and Server apps in the future (which might influence the app deployment and release process), then we, too, would be forced to reassess our strategic decision to offer unrestricted support for server customers. From February 2022 to February 2024, only security patches may be provided.
We will contact our existing customers in due time (e.g., in February 2022) to work possible solutions for the future.
