Find old posts and comments

Since version 2.27 of Linchpin Hey, it's possible to search for older posts and comments belonging to posts.

Search results will be displayed as dropdown cards/containers. Clicking on the search result will take you to a single post view of said post or comment.




Functionality

The search uses the Algolia ranking algorithm. We recommend reading this in-depth article if you are interested in understanding how exactly the search works.

It's also a live, "search-as-you-type" search. This means that as soon as you start typing, the search will yield results and update them based on your further input.
