The Linchpin product portfolio consists of three major solutions and several individual apps by now.

The Linchpin Intranet Suite is our flagship. The fully equipped social intranet that focuses on a personalized user experience and convinces with a wealth of useful features. There's also Linchpin Essentials - our streamlined Confluence solution that significantly improves user acceptance and team collaboration. Our newest cloud-based intranet solution is called Linchpin Hey and is a modern social intranet that is currently in a free beta phase and offers built-in integrations with Atlassian Cloud and Google Calendar.

Linchpin Essentials




Linchpin Essentials is our lightweight Confluence solution.

Linchpin Essentials builds on the knowledge management system of Confluence and improves it significantly. Not only does it make daily work in Confluence much more enjoyable - for example, thanks to freely configurable navigation menus and a fancy theme that can easily be adapted to your corporate design, as well as the expandable user profile fields (which allow you to create really meaningful profiles) - it also increases user acceptance and improves team collaboration.

Use Linchpin Essentials to give your system an identity, make it easy to navigate around the system, enhance it with meaningful profiles and handy macros like the org charts and structure diagrams, and improve user acceptance, satisfaction and collaboration. The configurable theme as well as many handy macros (like the Teaser macro) will help you to design any Confluence page more freely and with style.

The Linchpin Intranet Suite is our modern social intranet. The flagship of Linchpin.

A central information and collaboration platform that creates an open and transparent working environment for teams. Linchpin connects employees, regardless of time and place. Every employee receives a personalized and customized user experience thanks to the Linchpin Intranet Suite. Increase user acceptance, improve collaboration within teams and increase productivity, while at the same time making work more enjoyable.

All the functionality of Linchpin Essentials is included in Linchpin Intranet Suite. This includes expressive, editable profiles that allow users to introduce themselves extensively and also display work-related information, such as mastered software skills, clearly and centrally. The freely configurable theming is also included, of course, as well as the editable navigation menus. The whole package is expanded by a variety of other functionalities, including news modules with an entire editorial concept behind them, translations, events, the microblog and a mobile app.

The Linchpin Intranet Suite includes an onboarding assistant which makes it easier for new users to get started with the system and helps them to fill out their own profiles. The assistant also reminds employees to make adjustments to the profile if a profile field has not been filled in correctly. 

This is made possible by the Linchpin Intranet Suite modules Linchpin Onboarding and Linchpin Pings.

You want to make the system available in multiple languages.

The Linchpin Intranet Suite offers various options for linking content in various different languages and storing translations, for example for profile fields or the onboarding modules.
