What are the features of Linchpin Hey?

Linchpin Hey is your modern, beautiful intranet. Connect employees, your digital workplace and your entire company! Use Linchpin Hey to provide your colleagues with the latest news, improve communication and bundle the information you need for your daily work.

Do I need to have an active Confluence Cloud instance if I want to use Linchpin Hey?

No, you don't have to have a Confluence Cloud instance if you want to use Linchpin Hey. It's a standalone solution, that runs in your browser or on your mobile phone (iOS / Android) without the need of any other application.

If you already use Confluence and/or Jira Cloud, you can integrate them into Linchpin Hey, to show issues and pages on the dashboard.

You can also install Linchpin Hey for Confluence Cloud in order to connect both systems and to show Linchpin Hey content within your Confluence Cloud instance (e.g. Linchpin Hey News).

Where's the data stored?

Your privacy is important to us. For this reason, and as a certified Google partner, we ensure that all processed data is secured within the EU and thus according to GDPR standards (more specifically, the Google server in Belgium - europe-west1). 

We use the services of the Google Cloud Platform, specifically Google Firebase. More information about these services can be found in our Privacy Policy.

What do I need to get started?

Look at this guide for a quick start: Quickstart - Linchpin Hey. You can create an account with your email and a password, or use the social login features for Google or Apple.


Do you have a demo account?

It's easy to start a demo.

  • Visit beta.linchpin.cloud
  • Login and choose "Pre-filled"
  • Wait a few seconds until you are redirected to the dashboard
  • That's all. Start exploring (smile)
