Problem

When exporting the list of event participants from a Linchpin Event, your browser may return the following instead of the participant list:

ERR_RESPONSE_HEADERS_MULTIPLE_CONTENT_DISPOSITION

Diagnosis

Environment

• Your Confluence system is most likely running Linchpin Events 3.5.1 or earlier

• The event title most likely contains a comma ( , )

Cause

The request headers are getting mixed up due to preconfigured filenames for the downloaded content. Prior to adjustments made with Linchpin Events 3.5.2, these are not allowed to contain a comma.

Resolution

If you're a Linchpin Intranet Suite customer: Update the Linchpin Suite to version 4.1.0 or newer.

If you're using Linchpin Events stand-alone: Update Linchpin Events to version 3.5.2 or newer.
