New Licenses


With a once-off purchase of a license you will receive a perpetual license for the software, as well as license support from Atlassian for one year, which allows you to send support requests and update the software. After this initial support period has ended, you have the option of extending the support period, you will find the costs in the tab "Optional extension". Read here to see if you qualify for academic licenses.

Support Renewals


You can work with your existing license as long as you desire. However, if you would like to continue to receive updates and safety patches after your one year support contract ends, we recommend that you renew your support period.

License Upgrades


Each license upgrade includes a 12 month support period, which begins with the day of your order and payment. Existing support contracts do not apply to upgrades.
