Read only mode support for data center

This version adds support for the read only mode in Confluence data center. If the read only mode is enabled, the app can still be configured. Sending emails is disabled in this situation, the menu items are hidden to users.

  • Made it possible again to send pages to large recipient groups. Administrators can set the limit for how many recipients in one mail their mail server can handle.
  • Fixed a bug that prevented sending a page to groups containing users without email address. This bug sometimes looked as if you couldn't send pages to multiple groups.
