1.14.1

  • Mail Page works fine with "Refined for Confluence" and its "concealed menu layout" setting now.
  • We fixed a bug which caused display issues when space logos were used within the e-mails.

This release contains some UI fixes and improvements regarding the Outlook compatibility.

Improvements

  • We improved the compatibility of the Insight macro in Outlook mail clients.

Known issues

  • In HTML mails, dynamically generated macro content will not always be styled correctly.
  • In some cases, pages which contain macros that generate content dynamically can't be sent at all.

  • Special characters are no longer displayed as HTML entities within the title.
  • Colors of the Status macros now always match the defined colors.

  • We made it possible again to send pages to large recipient groups. Administrators can set the limit for how many recipients (in one mail) their mail server can handle.

Known issues

  • In HTML mails, dynamically generated macro content will not always be styled correctly.
  • In some cases, pages which contain macros that generate content dynamically can't be sent at all.
  • If pages are sent as plain text mails, dynamically generated macro content will not be there at all.

1.12.1

New features

  • The long anticipated support for Data Center is finally available now.

1.7

This release contains improvements to image handling.

New features

  • We added the capability to embed images with the CID (Content ID) format in e-mails.

  • Optional image scaling to a user defined value has been added. This will help to reduce the size of the e-mail.

Improvements

  • The HTML template for e-mails supports Confluence specific rendering of tables, labels and some other components now.
  • The HTML template has a header bar now, containing your Confluence or space logo and a main color to represent your Confluence's look and feel.

1.7.2

  • We fixed a bug which caused the plugin to crash on a Windows server when you were using a custom logo.
  • We fixed a bug where quadratic images wouldn't be scaled.

1.7.3

  • Fixed a bug where mail delivery used the default mail server instead of the configured one.

1.7.4

  • We fixed a bug where custom logo files lead to a failure, when they are not uploaded via "Site Logo and Favicon" (for the global logo) or "Default Space Logo".
