Select eligible spaces
In a first step you define where, i.e. in which spaces, mandatory news are allowed to be created at all. These settings can be found in the general administration interface.
No mandatory news can be created in any space that isn't defined here.
Determine eligible users and groups
In a second step you define who, i.e. which users and user groups, are eligible to create mandatory news.
These settings can be found within the respective space administration. Each space administrator can assign rights to create mandatory news for that space.
