In case of an issue or a feature request, it would be nice if your provided extra info on the state of Linchpin. The Linchpin Manager provides all the needed information.

This feature was removed in Linchpin Manager 1.5 and Linchpin Intranet Suite 3.3.

Where to find the support information

Navigate to Confluence administration → Linchpin Manager → Support.

Copy the support information

The information provided by this log help us to understand which Linchpin apps are installed and if they work correctly.

When you send us a request with an issue, please include the info provided in the Support section of Linchpin Manager.

Click on the Copy to clipboard button and all the info will be copied.

You can then paste it into your e-mail or the text field of of your bug report.
