The "Release Burndown" gadget shows the open story points of an Agile Release Train within a desired Program Increment (Release).
The "Release Burndown" gadget shows the open story points of an Agile Release Train within a desired Program Increment (Release). The blue "To Do" line in a burndown chart can go upwards. This can be caused by an increase in scope or by reopening already completed issues. The grey "Ideal" line represents the ideal trajectory for completing the issues.
Detailed descriptions of the elements in the gadget are as follows:
The X axis indicates the start and end date of the Release.
|The Y-axis represents the Story Points that have to be completed.|

You can configure the following settings in this gadget:
|Chart Title||You can choose a title to replace the default title of this gadget.|
|Program Project||Only projects at the Program level can be selected from this drop-down. This directly influences the "Release" drop-down below, which then displays the corresponding releases for selection. Even when the field initially appears empty, "All Releases" is selected.|
|Release||You can select the project releases here.|
