Implementation Project
With our implementation project, we offer you a service package that covers and accompanies all phases of your Agile Hive implementation.
From the conception and the actual implementation including data migration to the training of your employees (and beyond).
This will enable you to roll out your solution as quickly as possible and bring agile scaling to your organization.
The introductory project is divided into four modules.

Requirements
You must make your instance available to us via the following channels:
- Internet
- Site-to-Site-VPN
- Other methods if applicable, by agreement
Scope
- Kick-off-Workshop - either at your location or at Seibert Media's office in Wiesbaden.
- Consultation and clarification of the individual adaptation requirements
The following to the Agile Hive framework are included:- Adaptation of issue types (name + icon) and issue type schemes
- Existing custom fields in the screens
- Simple workflow adjustments (excluded are: specific transitions, post functions, validators & conditions)
- Adaptation of the supplied Agile Hive Boards (exemplary creation of Quick Filters, Swimlanes, Card Colors and Card Layouts)
- Adaptation of the authorization scheme with corresponding roles
- Exemplary autorization of a project
- Adaptation of the notification schemes
- Configuration of up to three ARTS with up to ten teams each
- Regular review dates
- Final Review

Integrations
- Import of data from 3rd-party systems
- The project and team structure must be adapted to Agile Hive.
- Consolidation of various Jira instances
- Issuetype and link migration to map the hierarchy in Agile Hive (e.g. convert Jira epics to features and equip linked stories with the Agile HiveLink)
- Transferring field values to other fields
Costs
The costs for the integration of existing accounts will be invoiced at cost. More information is available through our consultants.

The users should have already completed both Jira and Confluence workshops.

Workshop without exercises for all employees for ART. This workshop takes place in the form of a webinar.

Module 4 - Service Packages
Additionally to the implementation project, you have the opportunity to take advantage of our other service packages.
These are available in fixed time increments of 5, 10 or 15 hours at a monthly fixed price.
These service packages can be canceled on a monthly basis.
