Founded in 1996 in Oslo, they are one of the pioneers of the recruitment industry. Companies can quickly and cost-effectively find qualified employees without having to go through complex recruitment procedures at StepStone. They list job vacancies for companies in all types of industries in Germany. StepStone is a reliable companion for career development, offering applicants and companies the latest information on recruitment processes.
The assignment
"Applications made easy" - Relaunch of the application portal on bewerbung.de and development of the online application generator within the portal.
The solution
To match the young target market, we applied a trendy and sport theme to the dry topic of "job applications", creating a modern and dynamic environment that the user enjoys and want to return to. Interactive elements such as the ability to comment and discuss articles, as well as links to Twitter and Facebook promote exchange and bring added value to users. StepStone chose the color palette, and elements such as slanted headings and backgrounds with overlapping surfaces, create a sense of independence and recognition. We hope the portal encourages many young people to "career jump" and helps them to land successfully.
